Crosstown Grille offers two fantastic private dining areas available for booking your next event or private party.

Elegant & Versitile

The Wine Room

Our Wine Room offers an elegant and versatile environment for any occasion surrounded by custom-built wine racks, a huge custom-built barn door, and lighted granite tops. The room also offers a 60-inch flat screen TV with PC hook up. You can choose from a plated meal, buffet from our list of options, or we can create a special menu just for you.

Private Room Capacity / Details: (Updated with COVID-19 GA State Restrictions)
  • 35 People or Less
  • 60 Inch Flat screen, Wi-Fi, and stereo is available for use. To display photos, presentations, etc. on the TV an HDMI hookup that is compatible with most laptops is available.
  • Only a Crosstown employee can adjust settings or set up outside devices
Private Room Time Blocks:
  • 2.5 hour blocks only
  • There must be a 30-minute spread between bookings
Private Room Decorating Rules:
  • No Confetti
  • No nails, tacks, or duct tape to secure signs or other decorations
Private Room Other Rules:
  • Any of Crosstown Grille’s items that are broken will be charged to the event contact
  • No outside food or alcohol is allowed
  • Cakes / Cup Cakes / Pies for an event is OK
Private Room Deposits:
  • All parties require a $200 deposit to block out the Wine Room.
  • We accept checks & credit cards and we will not process the deposit unless they fail to cancel 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.
    We will keep all deposit details in the office safe and in the Wine Room file.
  • 20% Gratuity will be added to all parties using our private rooms.
Do I need a fixed Menu?
  • Friday Dinner, Saturday Dinner, Sunday All Day = Yes a set menu is required regardless of party size
  • All other event days and times = parties of 15 + a fixed menu is highly recommended
  • For parties of 20+ you will need to create a menu of up to 4 items
What is a fixed menu?
  • A fixed menu is a customized menu created by our management team with up to four menu items selected.
Is there a fee to use the room?
  • There is a revenue expectation for a 2.5 hour block of time in using the Wine Room of $250.
  • If you feel you may not reach $200 Frank Maguire will need to approve booking your party.
Exceptions to the items listed above?
  • Any exception must be approved by Frank Maguire

Warm & Inviting

The Bourbon Room

Our Bourbon Room offers an inviting and versatile environment for any occasion. The room is enclosed with two sets of double doors and features its own fully stocked bar. You can choose from a plated meal, buffet from our list of options, or we can create a special menu just for you. This room is also perfect if you’re looking to host a Cocktail Style Party. Bartender available for you event upon request for an additional charge.
